Love or Money?

It is Molly Clarkson's fiftieth birthday. She is having a party. She is rich, but she is having  small party - only four people. Four people, however, who all need the same thing: they need her money. She will not give them the money, so they are waiting for her to die. And there are other people who are waiting for her to die. But one person cannot wait. And so, on her fiftieth birthday, Molly Clarkson is going to die.
The main character of this story is Molly Clarkson. She is a widow and her husband has died in a traffic accident. The day of the story is her fiftieth birthday so her daughters, sons and relatives gather in her house. However, their main purpose of coming to her house is not to celebrate her birthday. Each of the person wanted her money in different reasons. They have already asked her to give them some money but they have been refused. So they all hope for her death. On the next day of the party, Molly is found dead in her room. After that two detectives come to the house and find some clues to the criminal. At first they have a lot of difficulty identifying the criminal but finally get to the truth.
I thought this was a very interesting story but I feel sorry for Molly. It was really good that her children and relatives gathered at her birthday party but no one wanted to celebrate her and Molly knew that they all came for money. And the following day she was killed. I thought Molly was a really pathetic woman.
